Job Description

An exciting opportunity for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join a growing marketing business based in West London. The thriving London based business is brimming with passionate, talented individuals. This role would suit a passionate& ambitious individual who is looking to grow their career and have a positive impact on the wider business. The successful candidate should be able to speak with credibility around the financials and partner accordingly.Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for preparing monthly internal management reports for relevant client accounts, covering various financial aspects such as volumes, profitability, savings, working capital, cash generation, KPIs, risks and opportunities, trends and variances.
  • Collaborate with the business to develop profit improvement, driving actions that lead to enhanced performance.
  • Work closely with the operational team to develop account plans and associated financial forecasts. Regularly report against the forecast and provide monthly reforecasts.
  • Contribute to negotiations for new contractual and commercial terms, as well as contract amendments/renewals.
  • Prepare external management reports for clients, covering spend, spend profile, working capital, KPIs, risks and opportunities, trends, and variances.
  • Ensure that the accounts teams adhere to group-wide processes and authority limits, including procedures related to foreign exchange and VAT.
Key requirements:
  • Qualified (ACA or ACCA)
  • High level of commercial acumen and entrepreneurial spirit
  • 4+ years expereince in a financial/commercial environment
  • Experience dealing with managing revenue from large international customers
  • Proven ability to improve processes and control environment
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressured, and unstructured environment
