Job Description

A global marketing communication agency are looking for a UK Commercial Finance Manager to join their team in Central London.Reporting into the CFO this person will be the main contact for the companies UK entity. In addition to managing and maintaining revenue forecasts and revenue recognition at month end, you will be assisting client facing teams with all their commercial financechallenges.Your duties will include but will not be limited to:

  • To be responsible for revenue recognition in the UK.
  • Manage the UKs monthly flash revenue forecasting. Coordinate with the revenue teams on timely submissions, consolidate UK results and prepare financial commentary.
  • Coordinate the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting.
  • Gather and investigate financial data to produce monthly reports with variance analysis.
  • Prepare financial reports with reliable conclusions that management can use to implement more effective operational strategies.
  • Support CFO in preparation of financial slides for presentation to the leadership team.
  • Support the CFO and UK directors in developing strategic action plans to achieve targets
  • Assist in monitoring UK working capital, keeping accrued revenue and aged debtors balances in a healthy position.
  • Manage the monthly billing cycle
The ideal candidate will be a Finalist level ACCA/CIMA studier or will have extensive experience within a similar role, you will have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate with senior stakeholders.In return you will receive a salary of up to £60k, a flexible hybrid working system and other benefits.If you are interested and you feel that you have the relevant skills please apply with an up to date CV.
