Job Description

My client are a leading, global business solutions provider, with innovative tools, processes and strategies they develop bespoke solutions for an enviable client portfolio.As part of their ongoing growth they seek a Commercial Business Partner to join their EMEA commercial finance team. You will support operational managers, working on your own portfolio of clients, providing a financial framework to each project with ongoingcommercial support.The role can be based in their London or Home Counties offices, with home working offered,The role requires an ambitious, commercially minded person who can prioritise multiple clients and requirements. Responsibilities will include:

  • Creating monthly performance packs for all projects / clients within your portfolio.
  • Monthly forecasting activities including maintaining and updating existing client cost actuals and latest revenue forecasts.
  • Support the annual budgeting process.
  • Provide support to the bid and business development team to produce value based pricing to support growth and long term profitability of the portfolio.
  • Work with the legal team to review contracts and understand how this affects the reporting and commercials of the agreement.
  • Ensure external and internal client reporting requirements are addressed and delivered in an efficient manner.
Successful candidates will hold a professional accounting qualification (CIMA / ACA /ACCA) with experience in finance business partner / commercial analyst roles. You will need practical experience in business performance reporting, forecasting, budgetingand the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.You will be a strong communicator with a commercial outlook. The business offers excellent long term development for the right individual in a variety of roles.
