Job Description

Commercial Finance Assistant - £30-35k - Advertising - Central London - Hybrid WorkingA fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Finance Assistant to come and join a high growth fast paced advertising agency based in their stunning offices in Central London. Within the role you will support the commercial finance director working across differentfinancial and commercial systems.The salary for this role is £30-£35k + benefits.Key Responsibilities:

  • Timely billing to clients and creation of client reconciliations that are suitable for sharing with clients and the client service team
  • Supporting the team with month end revenue reporting
  • Creating and communicating robust timesheet and approval processes
  • WIP Management and monthly PO reviews
  • Liaising with Intercompany accounts receivable
Ideal Candidate:
  • CIMA OR ACCA Studier
  • Maconomy knowledge preferable and Cartesis advantage
  • Good Excel knowledge
  • Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously
