You’ll take full accountability for the P&L of your Business Unit, and as a valued member of the Senior Leadership team you’ll play a big part in shaping and contributing to our wider business plans. You’ll have a natural instinct for business and a deep understanding of how large enterprises operate. You’ll demonstrate a consistent trajectory of sales growth in previous roles and have a proven track record of leading and driving multiple complex business development initiatives to meet objectives, along with excellent project management skills. You’ll demonstrate excellent leadership, leading diverse teams with a collaborative approach to deliver quality for our clients, and be a role model to others.
