Job Description

Collections & Recoveries Team Leader - Asset FinanceSW London£35,000 + bonus + benefitsWe are currently working with the Asset Finance division of a well established bank, to recruit a Collections & Recoveries Team Leader, with experience within the Asset Finance sector. The role will involve:

  • Managing daily returned payments to reduce and prevent debt
  • Monitoring the performance of a portfolio of accounts
  • Liaising with advisors, brokers, valuers and recovery agents
  • Responsible for all collection activities, including arrears collection and debt recovery
    • To be considered for this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate:
  • Previous experience in a similar Asset Finance Collections role - this is ESSENTIAL
  • Experience of working within an FCA regulated environment
  • Ability to manage a busy workload and identify key objectives
  • Team player with the ability to motivate self and others
  • High level of attention to detail
