  • 2+ years analytical experience
  • SQL coding skills
  • Excel skills
  • Personal Loans/Credit Cards analytical experience
  • Commercially minded - can turn numbers into business decisions
  • Self-starter with ability to think independently
  • Ability to self-manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Hands-on experience of champion challenger strategies
Key Responsibilities & Objectives
  • Deliver improved collections strategies to reduce impairment and improve customer outcomes
  • Develop a wider variety of collection treatments for collections strategies to utilise
  • Ensure all customers are managed appropriately and in line with internal policy and regulation
  • Heavily contribute to a comprehensive framework to monitor and assess the overall collections strategy
  • Build out controls across collection systems and operations
  • Develop and monitor collection KPIs
  • Present and deliver strategy performance updates to the Management Team
