Job Description

Absolute IT Recruitment are exclusivity representing a rapidly growing and well-funded Fintech business in West London on their Cloud Operations Manager vacancy. The successful Cloud Operations Manager will be joining the business as they look to scale their technology team following a successful funding round where the business has secured ~£25million to continue building their exceptional team and products.The successful Cloud Operations Manager will have the following attributes:

  • 3+ years’ experience leading an IT/Cloud operations team.
  • Experience increasing stability, reliability and performance within it and technology functions.
  • Experience implementing and/or utilising infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools such as Ansible, Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
  • Experience working within a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Experience working with large scale processes is highly desirable.
  • Experience working within a FinTech/Start-up business is highly desirable.
    • The successful Cloud Operations Manager will be leading exceptional platform and IT ops teams, working closely alongside the engineering teams within the business. You will be working within an agile technology function and will be responsible for providing an effective IT service and performance across the business.
