Job Title: Cloud Delivery Manager Location: Remote, UK Rate/Salary: £500.00 - £550.00 GBP Daily Job Type: Contract We are recruiting for a Cloud Delivery Manager to help our customer consume our services. The Internal Cloud Service Engineering Team areresponsible for service operations for the Banks Global Internal Cloud services including IaaS, CaaS (Kubernetes/Pivotal Cloud Foundry), API Automation Framework. As part of the internal cloud service engineering team, the delivery manager will be responsiblefor:Present customer focused view of servicesWorking with Lines of Business to maximize benefit from Cloud and Middleware servicesCollecting LOB requirementsManaging Service Communications for the Cloud and Middleware Platform and promoting theserviceAssisting with adoptionChampion our customers requirement with Product Owners/Engineering teamsMaintaining customer focused knowledge ArticlesCollecting and producing consistent MI across all services Cloud Delivery Manager responsibilities:The role will also be a senior member of the Internal Cloud Service Engineering team and help represent the Internal Cloud Services globally to enable stakeholders understanding of the true values of our Services and help our users engage with the serviceproperly. You will also be required to work with ITID Engineering and Operational teams to ensure the cloud services are delivered to meet customer expectations.Listening to customers around the clock, driving improvements and capabilities into services,to improve experience, promote community engagements, and simplify adoption. Developed a culture where ITID and GB/GFs are "in it together"Collaborate closely with Engineering Developers/PMs to ensure the capability and performance of internal cloud servicesmeets the satisfaction of our customersImprove Customer experience by analyzing signals from various sources, driving RCAs and service improvements involving bug fixesParticipate in the design of architecture for cloud infrastructure services, focusingon strategic customer scenarios, including customer requirements gathering for Transformation initiatives.Supporting customers understanding their cloud services though customer focused MI improving their observability of the platforms.Production Readinessand identifying gaps and issues impacting customer adoption. Inspects key elements of a customers critical production application - code, design, implementation and operational procedures. Production readiness reviews ensure application are cloud Native andalign to the standards of internal cloud avoiding future production issues.Support and incidents. Problem management process and ensure escalations are following the correct route.Produce high quality communication material to explain key achievementsand service adoption, this will be across all technologies that the Internal Cloud Service Management team supports.Build and Moderate Customer Community Spaces including, leading customer forums, moderating Q&A discussion boards, creating how to videosand guides & presenting Cloud Talks.
