As a Cloakroom Attendant you will be responsible for helping our members with their coats and belongings, creating an exceptional experience for our members. You will be able to answer general member enquiries about the club. You should uphold the higheststandards and ensure the member experience is always in line with our members club standards.WHAT YOU WILL DOThe key responsibilities for this role will include but are not limited to:Tagging all items checked into the cloakroom and issue them with a matchingticket.Safely storing items on hangers or racks, on shelves or in lockers with a focus on the set order, so items do not get mixed up.Returning items to members on receipt of the matching ticket.Remaining on duty, safeguarding items until members return.Reportingany lost items, suspicious persons, or items to the manager on duty and Security team and referring guest problems or complaints immediately.Welcoming members to the venue and providing them with information as and when required.Being an ambassador for ourmembers club as well as someone who embodies our values and commitment to our teams both when at work and when not.Having good communication skills and proficiently liaising with all departments on an ongoing basis; close relationships with all operationalteams.WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Previous Cloakroom Attendant experience in a busy and high-volume hospitality operation an advantageAttention to detail, able to identify mistakes and request clarification.Excellent time-management skills; comfortable prioritisingwhat is important during busy periods.Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management, and members.Strong command of English.A genuine passion for hospitality and hosting.BENEFITS28 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays(increasing with length of service), pension and life assurance.Inclusion in the Tronc scheme.A health cash plan to claim money back and get access to lots of ways to support your physical & mental wellbeing.Goes without saying, but we will feed you duringyour shift.Lots of opportunity to develop your skills and progress internally.Regular team get togethers, from regular team drinks to bi-annual parties.Opportunities to join one of our committees and influence how we do things, how we socialise and how wesupport the local community.Great incentives and reward programmes including recommend a friend bonuses, employee of the month and much more.
