Job Description

Clinical Trial Coordinator is to manage the coordination and completion of essential trial documentation from set up to close out.Duties include but are not limited to;

  • Maintain essential documents and the Investigator Site Files (ISFs)
  • Track and update / supersede versions of essential documents
  • Receipt and circulation of amendment information to wider SCRI team
  • Localise patient facing documents
  • Receipt & circulation of safety reports
  • Prepare and submit applications for R&D approval
  • Point of contact for Sponsors, CRO & external vendor queries
  • Liaise with budgeting and finance teams to ensure role related invoices are raised
  • Preparation for monitoring visits
  • Coordinate queries / findings resolution
  • Preparation for internal / external audits.
  • Study close out activities
Skills & Experience:
  • Experience in a clinical trial setting
  • Customer / client service experience
  • Clinical Trial Coordination experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational ability and time management skills.
  • Desirably Educated to a degree level within in Sciences or related field (advanced degree desirable i.e. MSc, PhD)
  • Recent Good Clinical Practice training
