Job Summary Our vision as a clinical talent acquisition team will be to improve quality of hire, reduce attrition and deliver a world class recruitment experience to both candidates and our hiring community. This is an opportunity to be part of a newly formed team reshapinghow clinical recruitment is delivered across Maximus UK, which will directly impact business performance.Were creating a brand new inhouse Clinical Talent Acquisition function which will be the best in its class with a culture where team and individual performance is recognised and rewarded. Well be developing all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle fromour employer brand proposition, attraction strategy, selection tools, our processes and how we work with our customers.As a Clinical Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be the experts in the team on candidate attraction techniques, developing hiring plans and delivering creative solutions that generate candidate pipelines for hard to fill and volume positions.Youll be accountable for managing the end to end candidate process on your assigned vacancies, working closely with the clinical acquisition partner team, ensuring that together we deliver against key SLAs and KPIs to provide a world class recruitmentexperience to both candidates and hiring managers.Sharing market insight, promoting our employer brand, building valuable networks and passive talent pools will all be part of your role and critical in us delivering our overall vision.This role will be home based with travel as and when required. Essential Job Duties Essential job duties;

  • Manage the end to end candidate process and experience on vacancies assigned to you, carrying out prescreening and telephone interviews to identify and deliver quality shortlists
  • Work to key SLAs and KPIs to deliver an effective and customer focused recruitment service
  • Understand critical roles and target audience personas, talent segments, competitor and market knowledge to provide practical solutions for candidate attraction
  • Using sourcing platforms to pipeline, build networks, develop effective search engine optimization and engage suitable candidates
  • Driving our brand as an employer of choice in the marketplace, ensuring alignment with the wider team so that one consistent and authentic message is portrayed
  • Effective offer management, ensuring we secure candidates meeting both candidate and business expectations
Education and Experience Requirements Were looking for a proven recruitment specialist who is passionate about developing a best in class Clinical Talent Acquisition function. Youll need to demonstrate previous success in a recruitment specialist role, managing the end to end candidate processand delivering quality shortlists within a KPI and SLA environment.A deep understanding of candidate sourcing methods and the recruitment lifecycle is essential along with proven experience in delivering successful solutions for volume and hard to recruit roles.Were looking for a Specialist who has a collaborative and inclusive approach with the ability to build strong relationships, youll hold yourself and others to account and have the flexibility to adapt and change in the constantly evolving world of recruitment.Youll need to be comfortable being based from home and working in a remote environment.
