The Clinical Liaison Coordinator will join the Service Delivery Operations Team and will be assisting the Clinical LiaisonManagers with all tasks contributing to the day-to-day operational management of our service and Clinical Workforce. You will also be working closely with our in-house Rota team, Medical Leads, Lead GPs, GP Panel & other Allied Health Professionals, supportingregular audits and preparation of supporting materials to assist with daily delivery & non-clinical admin support for our clinicians. In this role you will be assisting with admin and reporting tasks to support the wider team and function and will form partof a rotational daily service on-call rota.The key tasks in your new and exciting role with us:

  • Supporting our Clinical Liaison Managers and Senior Clinical/Operations Team with admin tasks relating to daily service delivery operations
  • Supporting Rota team with rota management and issues pertaining to your Clinical Cell
  • Assisting with invoice & payroll management
  • Supporting transactional HR tasks set to you by Clinical Liaison Managers
  • Supporting non-clinical performance management reporting tasks set by Clinical Liaison Managers & Senior Clinical/Ops Managers.
  • Supporting first line queries from the clinical workforce via Email/Phone/Slack
  • Working with Lead Clinicians, assisting with diary management & liaising with leads for internal reviews & appraisals of workforce.
  • Monitoring clinical compliance & verification of documents/training pertaining to your clinical cell & escalating any non-compliant clinicians regularly to your Line manager.
  • Supporting the team in producing clinical workforce related audits
  • Aiding the Lead GPs in the monitoring and control of quality by providing data and supporting materials as required.
  • Attend regular Clinical team/Panel GP meetings, assisting with agendas/document minutes as and when required.
  • Supporting the Clinical liaison Managers with any change management initiatives and assisting with process/policy updates.
  • Assisting with appropriate offboarding of clinicians in line with established disengagement process.
  • Support the Clinical Liaison Managers, Clinical & Operations Managers to manage and achieve SLAs/KPIs
  • Assisting the Clinical Liaison Manager with the Monthly Service Reporting within your remit
  • Support new clinical starters with transitioning from recruitment to Clinical Liaison team, ensuring all new clinicians have access to relevant systems, protocols and tools as necessary.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence by adhering to agreed procedures and making suggestions for improvements.
  • To collect and input data, with a high degree of attention to detail, to ensure the maintenance of manual and/or computer-based workforce planning and HR information systems.
  • Undertake periodic reconciliation exercises with regards to the Clinicians Rostering/Compliance/Training to ensure the accuracy of data.

  • To answer ad hoc enquiries regarding clinical workforce related issues.
  • To undertake any other appropriate duties as may be requested by the Clinical Liaison Managers and Senior Operations/Clinical Team members.
  • Ad Hoc administrative tasks as required.
