Our mission is simple: to improve healthcare by empowering frontline providers to make the best possible decisions for the good of the patient. Our clinicians support this mission through delivering education, developing data analytics, and providing consultancy work.We are currently looking to expand our team of clinicians to support our educational and clinical advisory workstreams. This is an exciting opportunity for NHS clinicians looking to pursue a portfolio career and develop skills that will enhance their clinical role.Clinicians with a strong interest in consultancy will support the advisory team, initially focusing on engagement with multiple stakeholders in healthcare and learning how to combine this qualitative information to interrogate quantitative system data. Alongside this, you will support our work in other clinical areas, including education and clinical analytics.Clinicians with a strong interest in education will support the delivery of an educational package for clinicians performing the Clinically-Led workforcE and Activity Redesign (CLEAR) programme using a blended learning approach, including a virtual learning environment (Blackboard). Clinicians working in this role will also support other aspects of our work, including clinical advisory work and clinical analytics.Beyond astute clinical insight, you’ll need to be an excellent communicator with a pro-active approach to work and the confidence to apply your clinical knowledge in a lateral context (consultancy and education). In both roles, you’ll receive training specific to the role, including how to interrogate, visualise, and model data; and how to combine this with engagement activities across stakeholder groups to identifywhere new models of care and workforce could make a real difference to improve care for patients. The majority of our clinicians work within the NHS less than full time (LTFT) and commit to working an average of 2 days per week with us. This allows them to build portfolio careers alongside their clinical work, developing strong leadership, management and team-working skills. Time commitment to the job role is flexible and negotiable, with a minimum of 2 days per week.If you are passionate about improving patient care, and keen to work on projects that will have a real impact on systems for patients and for your NHS colleagues, we’d love to hear from you. Please apply with a CV and supporting statement, including your preference for an education or advisory role.
