About The RolesWe are looking for clinicians to join our advisory, education and analytics teams.Clinicians with a strong interest in consultancy will support the advisory team, initially focusing on engagement with multiple stakeholders in healthcare and learning how to combine this qualitative information to interrogate quantitative system data. Alongside this, you will support our work in other clinical areas, including education and clinical analytics.Clinicians with a strong interest in analytics will support the interrogation and analysis of data, using practical knowledge from clinical practice to ensure that our visualisations provide meaningful and accurate insights. Alongside this, you will support our work in other clinical areas, including education and clinical advisory work.Clinicians with a strong interest in education will support the delivery of an educational package for clinicians performing the Clinically-Led workforcE and Activity Redesign (CLEAR) programme using a blended learning approach, including a virtual learning environment (Blackboard). Clinicians working in this role will also support other aspects of our work, including clinical advisory work and clinical analytics.About youBeyond astute clinical insight, you’ll need to be an excellent communicator with a pro-active approach to work and the confidence to apply your clinical knowledge in a lateral context.You will receive training specific to the role, including how to interrogate,visualise, and model data; and how to combine this with engagement activities across stakeholder groups to identifywhere new models of care and workforce could make a real difference to improve care for patients.The majority of our clinicians work within the NHS less than full time (LTFT) and commit to working an average of 2 days per week with 33N. This allows them to build portfolio careers alongside their clinical work, developing strong leadership, management and team-working skills.
