Job Description

Job Type: Full-time hybrid roleLocation: City of London (Bury Street office & client Site)An exciting opportunity has come up within our Nursing Division based in London!The role:In this role youd be taking on the client account management, observation and investigation of our nurses and staff banks. We’ll need you to take ownership of bringing information regarding investigations to our clients, whilst allowing time for their decisionfollowing.Your main responsibility within the role will be to manage relationships with clients and attend meetings onsite, pipelining, carrying out MI reports and understanding the forecasting plans, fill rates etc. to ensure the best service is given to our client.Your Responsibilities:

  • Receive and acknowledge concerns raised by the trust or staff
  • Conduct thorough investigations into concerns raised and gather all necessary information
  • Liaise with relevant departments and stakeholders to ensure prompt resolution of concerns
  • Provide regular updates to all stakeholders on status of concern
  • Maintain accurate records of all concerns and their resolutions
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
Your profile:Our ideal candidate would be investigative in nature, have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, confidence, and resilience to push back where required; so that all information is uncovered.The following would also be beneficial:
  • Empathetic nature and ability to have empathy when communicating
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Clinical experience or knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines
