  • Manage the internal clinic recruitment.
  • To manage the reception team, ensuring all rotas are taken care of
  • Managing the front of house
  • Be responsible for an effective appraisal/personal development system and any resulting training or disciplinary procedures
  • Oversee the organisation, operation and effective use of the appointment booking system and ensure maximum use is made of the available sessions
  • Ensure all internal systems are up to date with patient records and accurate bookings
  • Monitor and ensure that failed appointments are dealt with correctly including application of missed appointment fees when applicable
  • Deal with correspondence/e-mails and escalate to Principal if unable to deal with
  • Ensure GP letters are sent as per letter protocol
  • To oversee our Marketing strategy to ensure we reach our monthly NP targets
  • To lead the organisation of member events e.g. summer party
  • Daily checking of float balance, maintain a daily record of takings. Understanding and recording of credit card takings, Weekly banking of all cash and cheque receipts.
  • Manage and supervise petty cash
