Job Description

Client Training Specialist (Nordics)Location: North London / UK-based (remote) with some travel to the Nordic regionSalary: £50,000 - £52,000 per yearAre you fluent in Swedish, Norwegian, Danish or FinnishDo you have previous experience in a Training / Trainer positionIn this role, you will develop and deliver education and training to clients in the Nordic countries (Sweden, Norway, Denmark & Finland). This includes creation and presentation of customer-facing video training content, as well as face-to-face training at clients premises post Covid restrictions.Who you are:

  • Fluent in Swedish, Danish, Norwegian or Finnish, plus excellent English
  • Degree-educated (Bachelors degree or higher)
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Trainer / Training position, training clients on how to use different platforms, ideally within Education, Software, CRM or similar
  • Experience of video creation and editing (gold-star if you’ve used Camtasia or similar!)
  • Engaging personality and passionate about offering high quality training
  • Experience of hosting live sessions on Zoom, Teams, Skype, Web-ex or other web conferencing platforms
  • Open to travel to Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland for face-to-face training sessions with your clients

  • Research and build territory plans for assigned territory/market with input from Management and Sales-teams
  • Arrange and conduct live online and on-site product training for customers
  • Record and edit quality educational videos and audio content
  • Take ownership of all incoming requests for training from the Nordic region
