This could be your dream role so get in contact todayto discuss in more detailThe Role: In this varied role you will be responsible for managing and developing training content for clients, both in person content and online using things like video based training. You will be expected to work closely with customer success teams both in the UK andUS to ensure you are delivering an excellent training experience to new customers to ensure they are getting the best out of the platform. You will also be expected to deliver live training sessions for groups of users both via online and in person dependingon the clients situation. You will be expected to become and expert in customer workflows for customers across the UK and EMEA in order to continue to improve the training experience and ensure customers are utilizing the full power of the platformThe Candidate: You will be a highly client trainer who has experience of building and developing training content. Any exposure to managing training resources and working with emerging technologies to ensure the training stays at the forefront of the market place is alsohighly advantageous. Any exposure to legal software in particular around edisovery would be a distinct advantage.The Package: On offer is a very attractive package with a base salary of between £50,000-£75,000 depending on experience, pension, and share options.
