Building Surveyor - Client SideA leading landed estate in London founded 300 years ago and with an extensive portfolio of properties throughout London are looking for an experienced Building Surveyor to join their property team on a permanent basis and to manage the full range of propertiesbased in their estate office in London. Through an ongoing programme of careful maintenance and refurbishment projects, their estate covers residential, commercial, heritage and agricultural property.Remuneration: £50,000 - £60,000 + Benefits(dependant on experience)Job Role; The estate is looking for a confident individual to join their close-knit property management team. Supporting the Head of Building and the estate management team, you will be required to review and manage property alterations, ensure compliance againstproperty maintenance and refurbishment, health and safety, tenants and stakeholder liaison, assist on long tern cyclical works programme and oversee planned/reactive maintenance across the estate.Requirements:
