Job Description

Client Services DirectorSalary: c.£60-80K, plus commission, client override etc.Location: Central London

  • Client Services Director with a decent tenure in Life science recruitment and a strong BD background
  • Commission structure which goes up to 40%, override on all client accounts
    • The CompanyOur client is a specialist Life Science Recruitment Firm who are market leaders with a presence in the UK, EU & US. They are a fantastic business to work for with a competitive benefits package and pride themselves on their exceptional standards of staff wellbeing. This is a business that onboarded 2 entry-level recruiters in May (mid-covid) and have since grown by a further 3 senior consultants. Opportunity to work from home 2 days per week to allow for a work/life balance.Due to high demand and increase in profits during Covid they are looking for an individual to join the team and grow out their existing client base. Working across European Life Science and Pharma markets.What are they looking for
  • 6 years or more operating within the Life Science recruitment space with a proven track record of winning new business and growing accounts
  • Excellent work ethic, this business is steadily growing with plans to add to the team in Q4 2020 and Q1 & Q2 in 2021
  • Ideally bringing a network of clients and potential clients through own experience in the industry
