Main Purpose The chosen candidate will work closely with our EMEA Sales team to support every aspect of the sales process. You may have worked in a similar role previously, have a positive can-do attitude and will be able to manage multiple requests at any one time. Our clients are at the heart of everything we do and we want to hire someone who will strive to provide the best client service in the industry. Responsibilities Ensuring exceptional client service by responding to client queries and resolving issues, as required Supporting the sales process by preparing pitch emails and arranging client events to obtain new business and cross sell for our product range Recording and maintaining prospects, product interests and opportunities in Sales Force Coordination of client meetings and operational due diligence meetings. Communication and support to sales teams on new products, changes to product range etc Client onboarding through provision of fund dealing documentation and providing support for complex investor transactions Interact effectively with Management, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations etc. to resolve operational and product queries Monitor allocation of all inflows for sales teams and intermediaries Input as required for all projects impacting sales teams Implementation of new commercial agreements and the ongoing maintenance of these agreements (Intermediary, Rebate, Platform agreements etc). Organisation of bespoke reporting arrangements Escalation point for Sales in relation to any Transfer Agent service issues including assistance with error resolution as necessary Management of trades for funds that have soft closed Key Skills & Experience 2:1 Degree and relevant industry qualifications would be advantageous (CAIA, IMC etc) At least 3/4 years experience of working in financial services Understanding and experience with client on-boarding, agreements, and general client services Italian, Nordic or Arabic languages are preferrable but not mandatory Strong relationship management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Effective time management and organisational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment This is a unique opportunity to closely support the EMEA Sales teams while learning about the rest of our market leading business and our clients.
