Providing agile responses to your client’s needs, you will manage both the commercial and the logistical - planning, defining and prioritising and liaising with your operational colleagues who deal with the technical. Leading from proposal through to insights and recommending actions, this is a role for those who want real ownership and the satisfaction of growing close-consultative client relationships.Key to success in this role a strong track record in client relationship management - you could have gained this in another market research client service environment, as market researcher, an account manager or a very client facing project manager - what will be common is that in any of these roles your clients will have viewed you as a trusted-advisor.
