Job Description

The purpose of the Client Service Executive position is to provide administrative support to their financial advisers, with an opportunity to develop your role and career within the business.Client DetailsThe financial services client based in the City of London is an investment management firm who currently manages over £4.5 billion of assets for their 30,000 plus investors. They work in partnership with financial advisers, wealth managers and family officesto create and deliver innovative investment solutions for their clients. Throughout their investment solutions they focus on providing consistent, stable returns delivered through a defensive and transparent investment strategyDescriptionThe key duties for the Client Service Executive are as follows:

  • Data Entry - Maintaining data within our systems as required.
  • Client Onboarding and Trade Entry - Processing new client applications and inputting trades into our systems, including Encashments and Transfers, for our Inheritance Tax Services.
  • AML & KYC - Performing initial and ongoing screening and ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations and Company policies.
  • Cash management - Processing payments from clients into our systems to assist with bank reconciliations.
  • Ad-hoc projects - Assisting with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.
  • Enquiry Management and Call Handling - handling inbound calls and emails from our clients, delivering industry leading client service quality to our stakeholders. Using our case management system, resolving client email enquiries according to SLAs
ProfileThe requirements for the Client Service Executive are as follows:*Minimum two years of pensions experience.*Strong attention to detail.*Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).*Excellent communication skills (spoken and written), including customer service.*Experience with CRM systems and strong technology skills.Job OfferCompetitive salary of £28,000-£38,000 per annum plus bonusFull benefits package and study support
