The Client Service Assistant will be required to do dealing, settlements, reporting, share allocations and redemptions as well as deal with financial services related queries from the firms client base.Client DetailsThe client is an investment management firm who offers a range of financial services and are based in the heart of London. They manage over £4billion of assets for their 20,000 plus investors. They work in partnership with financial advisers, wealth managersand family offices to create and deliver innovative investment solutions for their clientsDescriptionThe core duties the Client Service Assistant needs to carry out are as follows:Data Entry - Maintaining data within our systems as required Report Generation and Distribution - Assisting with the creation and distribution of reports to our clients Client Onboarding and Trade Entry - Processing new client applications and inputting trades into our systems Dealing and settlement - Processing dealing points for our investments, in which shares are bought or sold on behalf of our clients, and assisting with cash settlement processes Cash management - Processing payments in from clients and assisting with bank reconciliation processes Enquiry Management - Using our case management system, resolving client email enquiries according to our industry leading SLAs Call handling - Assisting our clients with their enquiries on the phoneProfileThe pre-requisites for the Client Service Assistant role are as follows:
