Job Description

CompanyExciting opportunity to join a client retentions team at a Fintech company providing funding to small businesses. The company has strong financial backing and is now looking to recruit an additional person to support their rapid growthJob DescriptionThe role involves:

  • Assisting clients with their renewal funding, and generally ensuring that the process runs smoothly and efficiently
  • Self-starters who are ambitious, competitive and confident
  • Strong communication skillsboth verbally and written
  • Sales/recruitment experience is preferred but required

Ideal Candidates for theClient Retention Officer Role:
  • University Graduate with a 2:1 or higher
  • 2-5 years of Customer Relationship experience
  • Well-spoken enthusiastic and motivated individuals

  • Strong communication skillsboth verbally and written
  • Sales/recruitment experience is preferred but required
