This firm thriveson building long-term working relationships and is looking for an experienced relationship manager to join the team. As Relationship Manager you will be required to project manage the implementation of advice undertaken by the Financial Planner, whilst managingand developing relationships to ensure member loyalty and retentionThe emphasis of the role will be to promote the profile of the firm within the profession and with trusted partners, demonstrating behaviours which set the culture of the Business whilst maintaining continuous personal development to achieve your own personalgoals and grown and develop the existing client base through referrals. As Relationship Manager you will take responsibility for providing a full front of house service for all meetings, managing, and developing all member relationships acting as first pointof contact for all their enquiries. This will include booking meeting rooms, venues, and lunch reservations, conducting quarterly service calls for all Wealth members, organising personalised gifts for special occasions and celebrations, processing memberswithdrawals, organising social events and secured hospitality and entertainment, managing asset backed Finance Applications, application processing, managing Legal Counsel and taking instruction from members relating to Trusts, Wills and Lasting Power of AttorneysThis is a high-profile role and requires the knowledge and ability to manage UHNW member relationships proactively and is ideal for either a Paraplanner or experienced Client Relationship/operations Manager to take on this exciting role which requires wealthmanagement knowledge and a definite ability to work with Clients with confidence and professionalism. This role holds a good level of responsibility and requires excellent time management, ability to work to deadlines and strong organisational and interpersonalskills.
