Job Description

Do you want to be part of a fast-paced, next-generation global events business with great benefits, awesome team events, and colleagues who truly want to make a differenceOur client, an award-winning global events company, is looking to recruit a Client Relationship Coordinator to help assist their ambitious EdTech divisional team in delivering an outstanding client experience and to build credible, trusting relationshipswith a multitude of stakeholders at various levels and functions within the lucrative EdTech events arena.Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all stakeholders and tasks (client-side and internal) are expertly coordinated.
  • To drive continuous improvement in the client experience and delivery process.
  • Develop and execute project plans for sponsorship fulfilment and individual client projects.
  • Working with stakeholders on the client side and internally across the various departments.
  • Manage work across time zones.
  • Supporting and delivering a range of digital projects, such as webinars, emails and web advertising.
  • Assist with managing the sponsorship inventory across events working closely with the sales team.
  • Client relationship management and account growth.
  • Continually strengthen the reputation of the brand and company.
  • Input in the development of event marketing solutions that are developed by the Key Account Directors and Event Directors.
Skills and Experiences Required:
  • Experience in client-facing work with large multinational corporations.
  • Track record delivering results to the business and to clients, with positive feedback from colleagues and clients.
  • Has run client meetings and internal team meetings.
  • Has coordinated projects across multiple functions and products.
  • Able to understand customer needs (implied and explicit).
  • Strong organisation and planning skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask, especially when working fast and to tight timelines.
  • Skilled use of Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to learn new tools and systems and tools quickly.
Additional Information:
  • This is a hybrid role and is predominately WFH based.
  • Ultra-competitive basic salary from £30,000 will be dependent on experience in addition to a very competitive/uncapped commission structure with a realistic OTE of c. £45,000 per annum (Year 1).
