Job Description

Client Relations Executive RoleThe companyStarr Luxury is a privately owned company with a versatile and vibrant team, Starr Luxury is experiencing rapid growth and requires a Client focussed Executive with a strong background in a clients services environment. A passion and knowledge of LuxuryCars and Jets is an advantage.The CandidateAn autonomous role in a dynamic and disruptive start-up focussed on a Luxury client transport service, you will be responsible for the day-to-day admin, dealing with all client enquiries.The successful candidate will be service-oriented and commercially minded with a proven track record in delivering a stellar service. Previous experience working in the luxury travel sector or with HNWIs is a must. Strong client management, organisationand excellent communication skills are paramount. This role would suit someone with a strong Luxury travel, hospitality or concierge services background, looking for a unique opportunity to make an impact in the highly sought-after luxury travel industry.Duties Include But Not Limited To

  • Sales and invoicing for Starr Luxury core services, Self-drive hire, Chauffeur services, Driver on-demand, Experiences and Concierge services.
  • Client services (calls, booking reservations, calendar management for drivers)
  • Front of house services and event management
Requirements
  • Experience in a Luxury service and client-facing environment - providing quality service
  • A team player, communicating effectively with colleagues to achieve best working practices
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to plan, prioritise and deliver to tight deadlines
  • Very strong organisational, administrative and IT skills
  • Detail oriented
