Job Description

My client provides investment administration and management services for large, UK Pensions schemes. Currently they are going through a period of growth and are looking for a bright and motivated Client Relations Executive join their existing team. The teamwork in a hybrid pattern, with one day per week being spent in the office - but they are open to this role being fully remote for the right person.This role is all about providing exceptional client service and experience. It will be a busy and varied role, providing support to clients on day-to-day fund administration issues. Responsibilities will include:

  • Ownership of client relations; these are typically UK-based Pension schemes and their professional advisors
  • Corresponding with B2B clients through emails and calls
  • Timely and accurate delivery of client deliverables - quarterly reports, fund factsheets, audit requests etc.
  • Ownership of client escalations to relevant internal teams; maintain oversight on solution delivery
  • Co-ordinate and support quarterly client review meetings and client events
Were ideally looking for someone with previous experience within an administration role or a graduate with 6+ months work experience in administration or customer service. You will have exceptional communication and administration skills, together witha positive and outgoing personality.In addition to a starting salary of £23,000 the company offer a good benefits package that includes Pension, Private Medical Insurance, Income Protection and support towards industry qualifications such as IOC and IMC. Prospects for career progression aregood, with previous CRAs progressing to Client Management or back office teams.
