We are also an accredited National Tutoring Programme (NTP) Tuition Partner.We offer a more nurturing approach and help students with special educational needs (SEN) and those lacking confidence or motivation. Our heart-based approach - the Bright Heart Approach’ - involves meeting the whole person from their unique perspectivewith warmth to build trust, self-esteem and self-belief, before building on academic abilities.The roleYou will be responsible for managing new leads and clients. The role will encompass elements of sales and client account management for private families and school and local authority clients. You will work alongside an existing client manager who focuseson private clients and will also work closely with a director who acts as a senior account manager for school and local authority clients.The role will be dynamic and suit someone keen to use their many skills across all business areas as required. You should be able to quickly build rapport with new people on the telephone through your outgoing personality. In addition, you should be happyto multi-task and have excellent organisational skills, written and verbal communication, and attention to detail.The role will be working from home, with periodic office days in Central London (currently monthly). Although this is a full-time role (preference for 40 hours per week), we are flexible on working hours. For example, you could fit hours around school hours/holidaysto suit a parent with children at school. You can grow with the company as we continue on our growth path.Bright Heart serves London and parts of Surrey in person and offers online tuition nationwide and internationally. While this is a working-from-home role, we want to hire someone within easy commuting distance of London.DutiesYou must be prepared to handle a variety of tasks based on the company’s requirements, which may include:
