Job Description

Your CompanyThe team at NET Recruit are partnering with a fantastic financial services business who are keenly searching for a Client Manager on a permanent basis to join their growing team in a remote capacity. With a range of professional services offered, and significantsuccess behind them, the business is determined to keep this high level of professionalism for their clients and develop their customer base further.The position itself will prove invaluable, to assist the team with financial duties and act as a point of contact for the customer base, to seamlessly deliver the high-quality service that this business prides itself on and help to resolve any issues that arisefrom this. From within this role, the position holder will be able to develop their skills further and see their own successes before them as they grow with the business.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesWhile in this position your duties may include but will not be limited to:* Acting as the main point of contact and escalation for all and any questions and queries from the portfolio of clients* Resolving any issues or problems in a time sensitive manner, keeping clients abreast of any developments or important information* Overseeing client year-end accounts processes, reviewing accounts and preparing information for meetings* Supporting clients with understanding and utilising their financial information to support their commercial decision making, providing helpful advice where possible and making recommendations for improvements* Further building the portfolio of clients with new business relationshipsWhat you will need to Apply:For this role, candidates will need to have prior comparable experience, from within a previous Client Manager or Accountant role and importantly from within a practice environment. To be considered for this role you should also be part or fully ACCA/ACA qualified.Communication skills are vital for this role in order to liaise effectively with both internal departments and the client base and applicants should have previous experience dealing specifically with SMEs. Excellent IT and Xero knowledge is essential to integrateinto the company. The company is also seeking individuals with a positive outlook on their work and an organised and diligent approach.What you will get in Return:Candidates can expect to receive a starting salary of up to £45,000 dependent on previous experience and transferable knowledge.
