Client Leadership Associate Director - Global Media Agency - up to 60kA leading digital media company, this agency trade desk leverages cutting-edge AI technology, advanced omnichannel solutions, data-driven creativity, and global programmatic expertise to deliver tangible business results. As part of a prominent global performanceorganisation.The jobAs a Client Leadership Associate Director your responsibilities will include:

  1. Support the Director in managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
  2. Understand client needs and challenges to provide innovative solutions.
  3. Assist in strategic client engagement and reviews.
  4. Consult on client roadmaps and drive satisfaction.
  5. Facilitate new client onboarding.
  6. Drive client growth strategies, acting as a Director for high-potential clients. Identify growth opportunities, align solutions, and showcase new products. Proactively engage with agencies, ensuring high standards. Manage brief responses and feedback flow.
You:
  1. You will have at least 4 years within a sales role
  2. Have an intridcate understanding of the programmatic media landscape
  3. Have experience managing client accounts and identifying areas of growth
  4. Be a strong communicator and have experience pushing ideas to clients
