Client Host Immediate Start£27,000West EndYOU MUST BE AVAILABLE TO START IMMEDIATELYOur client, an established, high end Investment Bank, is looking for a polished and well-presented Corporate Receptionist to provide front of house administrative support.They are interviewing URGENTLY!Responsibilities include:

  • Client facing - greeting and escorting clients
  • Organising travel arrangement internationally, flights, accommodation and transport
  • Setting up and clearing external and internal meetings
  • Processing invoices
  • Monitoring and ordering office and kitchen stock
  • Handling all incoming phonecommunications
  • Handling and distributing mail
Person:
  • Recent Receptionist experience within a corporate environment
  • Professional
  • High levels of communication skills
  • Proactive
  • Good worth ethic
  • 6months experience within an office environment would be desirable
