Job Description

Client Executive - Private Markets/UHNW ClientsLondon, UKThe RoleBruin are looking for a Client Executive individual to join the team at a well established financial services business operating in the heart of London. Reporting to the Client Director, the successful candidate will deliver a professional client servicewhile building new client relationships, managing existing relationships, fund raises and ensuring that all is carried out to a high standard.The responsibilities of the Role:

  • Management of existing client relationships, including face to face meetings and dealing with queries.
  • Building new relationships, converting leads and connecting with newly registered clients, working with the client services team, to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Participating in client seminars and events, ensuring they run smoothly and strengthening relationships with clients.
  • Ensuring the KYC carried out on newly registered clients is accurate and robust, and any issues or risks are promptly raised to the line and compliance manager.
To be successful in your application, you should possess the following qualities:
  • Experience in Client Management/Relationship roles, ideally with a focus on private HNW/UHNW individuals and family offices.
  • A track record of building up a client base, networking and forming productive and lasting business relationships.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to effectively work under pressure and to deadlines.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
