A fantastic property company near West Hampstead is looking for a proactive and highly organised ClientAccounts Assistant to join their successful team.The ideal candidate will be a perfectionist! Someone who has excellent attention to detail and accuracy, yet is incredibly personable as they will be liaising with clients extensively.You will need to be a confident team player with a can-do attitude; previous experience in similar client accounts /property accounts role is highly desirable.Our client feels it is key to their success to ensure their employees work in a happy environment and so they offer a competitive salary and exciting benefits package.Key responsibilities in this Client Accounts Assistant role include:
  • Daily allocation of client accounts
  • Processing of direct debits including collection of rents, setting up new collections, rent increases and cancellations
  • Chasing or rent arrears
  • Actioning payments to suppliers and landlords
  • Checking and sending rental statements and remittances
  • Reviewing renewals and new tenancies
  • Processing of deposit refunds
  • Reviewing all supplier invoices
  • Processing owner/landlord tax payments
  • And more!
What were looking for:
  • Previous experience as an Accounts Assistant, preferably within the property industry
  • Excellent numeracy skills with impeccable attention to detail
  • Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills
  • IT literate - MS Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Familiarity with RPS and Xero is desirable
  • Proactive and dynamic team player
  • Flexible, professional and hard working with a can-do attitude
