Client Accountant - Lettings- Property Management - Central LondonOur client, a highly successful software company, is looking for a bright, articulate and customer friendly Client Accountant to focus on consultancy, training, support and relationship management for new users of their lettings software. You will be based in their Central London office.The role will involve working internally and externally to provide-

    • The Client Accountant should have the following experience and skills-ExperienceEssential
  • At least two years’ experience of working within a Client Accounts department
  • Advanced user of a property software package
  • Understanding of property management and lettings processes
    • Desirable
  • ARLA member
  • IT qualification
    • Skills
  • Thorough understanding of client accounts processes and transactions
  • Detailed knowledge of property management and lettings processes
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Highly approachable and able to engage at all levels
  • Ability to work autonomously when required
