The successful candidate will have a really positive attitude, be a fast learner and be agile and capable.Account Development/Management• Drive networking and opportunities from a selection of TCC Tier One and Two existing clients and a range of new target clients• Drive networking and opportunities from a selection of TCC prospects• Own the client relationships and represent all TCC’s service offerings• Make sure no stone has been unturned within the accounts and play in the relevant internal SMEs at the right time• Manage key senior stakeholder relationships - walk the halls and become the go to contact for TCC• Work with relevant internal stakeholders while leading and driving opportunities through the bid process and into delivery• Work hand in glove with Marketing to create relevant material to support new propositions• Bring commercial acumen to the accounts and bid process - focus on margin, economies of scale and recurring revenuesKey Accounts• A combination of our existing wealth, asset management and large banking group clients and prospects• Additional sectors TBC but likely to include fintech & digital banking, investment banking and M&A boutiquesQualifications• Educated to degree level or exhibiting a similar level of English communication skillsSkills• Proven ability to sell technology or consultancy services• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal• Ability to learn and understand technical concepts• Commercial awareness• Self-motivation but ability to work cohesively in a team• Confidence communicating with all levels of seniority including C-suiteExperience & Knowledge• Previous experience working within financial services is desirable• 2 years+ in B2B sales within a similar professional services organisation• Strong IT skills and ability to learn new software quicklyAdditional Responsibilities• Suggest, design and work with the relevant internal stakeholder(s) on new business propositions• Attend Advisory internal meetings• Attend Specialist Resourcing meetings to understand available resource and skill sets• Attend relevant networking events on behalf of TCC
