Our established client, who is a leading name within the building service sector and who delivers a range of environmental, compliance and LEV services to clients throughout the UK, is currently recruiting for a Cleanroom Validation Engineer based in and around the London area. Consideration will be given to candidates with Critical Air, Medical Air and HVAC experience. The BOHS P601 and relevant Eastwood Park training would be beneficial to the role. Consideration will be given to applications from the Watford, Dartford, Romford, Slough, Woking and the surrounding areasExperience: Will hold experience working as a validation engineer within the critical ventilation / healthcare sector. Experience of testing LEVs, fume cupboards, laminar flow cabinets is desirable but not essential.Will ideally hold the P601 and relevant Eastwood Park Training. Experience in undertaking a wide range of critical ventilation testing.Proven track record of Validating and verifying ventilation systems in accordance with HTM 03-01 regulations. Able to demonstrate an understanding of compliance and health & safety guidelines. Ability to manage own time and work load. Confident in building and maintain client relationships. Holds strong communication skill. Role: Testing critical ventilation systems within the healthcare sector; validating and verifying the systems in accordance with the relevant industry regulations. Carrying out airflow and pressure measurements, microbiological air sampling, noise and environmental measurements, auditing of Air Handling Units (AHUs) and re-balancing airflows. Carrying DOP and HEPA testing. Report writing and consulting with clients on findings and recommendations. Maintenance of instruments & equipment.
