Job Description

Cleaner / Window Cleaner / Gardener for the communal areas of residential blocks of flats, predominantly in South London.Our rapidly growing company is looking for a part time cleaner to maintain our high standards through quality cleaning of communal areas in blocks of flats. We will be moving towards full time employment as our company expands further.We require that they have experience with cleaning, window cleaning and ideally basic gardening but this is not mandatory.Duties to include:

  • Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors
  • Clean residential buildings and wiping down communal surfaces
  • Tackle heavy cleaning jobs upon request
  • Ensure outside walkways remain clear and free of debris
  • Ensure refuse bin areas are kept clean
  • Notify building management of any repairs required
  • Mix and dispose of all cleaning solutions appropriately
  • Cleaning windows with provided equipment i.e extendable cleaning poles
    • Additional duties may include:
  • Basic gardening, cutting of grass and hedge trimming
  • Basic grounds maintenance
    • Required skills:
  • Ability to handle equipment and machinery used in cleaning
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage and disposal methods
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a team
  • Excellent organisational skills a must
  • Self-motivation and the ability to identify and complete needed tasks without direct supervision
    • We provide all necessary equipment and potentially further training should it be required. Required skills
