A widely respected Lloyds Syndicate have a new opening for a Claims Vendor Account Manager. Responsibilities will include developing external claims service standards, selection and oversight processes and maintain regular reviews of key partners.Other duties will include working closely with the Head of Claims Vendor Account Management to establish and develop an effective claims procurement strategy, structure and management methods so as to ensure the effective and efficient handling of claims acrossthe various classes of business.Previous experience of vendor account management would be highly desirable. Client service experience gained within an insurance environment would be advantageous. Experience in procurement / sourcing / account management would be very beneficial.
