With our client, the use of a range of Third-Party Service providers is central in the delivery of their overall claims proposition. The role of the Claims TPA Associate is pivotal to ensuring that these service providers are managed as an extension of their team, consistently maintaining high standards of performance. You will work with a range of partners across multiple geographies and disciplines to ensure that they are effectively managed, resulting in optimum delivery of overall performance. Applicants should have a proven track record of effective management of outsourced service providers in a Claims environment. Previous Claims Adjusting experience across Casualty or Financial Lines areas would be beneficial. The successful applicant will also have excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to effectively manage a wide range of stakeholder relationships. Duties and ResponsibilitiesManagement of the relationship and performance of a range of Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) who provide Claims Handling services to the Group.Ensuring the delivery of contractual obligations and performance standards by these providers, through regular interaction and supervision.Working with TPAs to ensure compliance with company best practice claims handling processes and procedures.Assist in the design and optimisation of the TPA operating model, using knowledge and experience to drive continuous improvement.Assisting in the design and implementation of commercial contracts with third parties, providing consistency and alignment with our overall objectives and required outcomes. To oversee delegated authorities, ensuring that correct and relevant license levels are provided to TPAs and that these are adhered to. Oversight of TPA bordereaux processes, including review of performance metrics and management of loss funds.Management of claims audit programme for TPAs, ensuring that regular detailed reviews are carried out in a timely manner, with ownership of subsequent action plans.
