Job Description

  • Claims Team Leader
  • Proeprty / Subsidence
As a Team Leader you will have responsibility for the day-to-day management of a team of Property / Subsidence claims handlers, including being a focal point for enquires, identifying and fulfilling training requirements, driving colleague engagement and teamperformance, so were looking for an enthusiastic leader able to motivate and support colleagues as well as train, develop and appraise them.We are looking for:
  • An experienced team leader
  • You will need to be a leader, able to manage the team but also model the behaviours required to deliver excellence
  • Conscientious and hard working to achieve and exceed the required results, as well as flexible and adaptable during times of surge
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to undertake professional qualifications to support your development
  • Able to cope with fast changing working environment
  • A desire to embrace innovative working practices.
