The Claims Advocacy Leader will be primarily responsible for supporting the development of business and operating plans guided by objectives established on the annual plan for the business unit.   • Primary responsibility for clients’ claims services and account management.
  • Advises clients on their reinsurance claims, including presentation of losses, coverage, potential issues and commercial considerations.
  • Provides advance technical advice on complex claims and represents clients in negotiations with their reinsurer(s) (including providing “best in class” advocacy and advice on strategy).
  • Responsibility for managing reinsurance market and resolving any issues with performance and accounting.
  • Acts as a focal point for broking teams on complex and/or high-profile losses. ...
