Claims Adjuster Multi Class - London - £55,000 - £75,000 + BonusOur client is a leader in the insurance market and are seeking a Claims Adjuster to add to their ever expanding team in the city. This is a hybrid role, working 2 days a week in the office and 3 days from home.Duties include: Managing and adjusting claims from first notification to settlement within pre-authorised authority limits Ensuring each clients claim service standards are maintained or enhanced Managing and enhancing client relationships Monitoring performance against contract SLAs and KPIs Delivering and presenting reports to clients on specific claims issues Mentoring and training less experienced members of the team Post adjustment peer review of to ensure technical standards and requirements are adhered toRequired Skills:- Minimum 5 years London Market experience adjusting claims across various COB- Proven track record of adjusting a combination of multiple classes of business- Experience in handling standard and complex claims in accordance with the Lloyds Claims Scheme- Previously experience within an MGA, Syndicate or Carrier
