Cisco/Telephony Engineer Role Rate - £450 a dayLocation - LondonDuration - 6 Months initiallyIr35 - Inside (Must use an umbrella company)We are recruiting for an experienced telephony infrastructure engineer with the ability to deliver a mixture of implementation, maintenance, and operational support for these technologies & systems:* IPFX Contact Centre Solutions* Cisco Call manager (CUCM)* Cisco CUBEs* SIP* Contact Centre operations experience* Active Directory and Azure Active Directory* Microsoft 365 technologies including MS Teams Voice / Teams SBC* General Experience of cloud telephony platforms a benefit* Well organised with strong attention to detail - youll be writing and maintaining design, installation and configuration documentation.* Strong communication skills both written and verbal - youll be able to communicate highly technical terms to a range of stakeholders from a diverse user base* Experience working in a technical team where youve been resolving technical problems and delivering upgrades and improvements* Experienced in defining technical solutions to meet requirements - youll have carried out implementation and detailed level support
