Chief Technology OfficerLocation: LondonSalary £130-150k plus equityThis fast-growing and dynamic software company in the Legal Tech and Fintech domains assist their clients business structuring with their intelligent visual modelling tool. Founded in 2017, their software is now being used by some of the worlds largestand most prestigious professional services firms and in-house teams.An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join the Senior Leadership Team and to shape and scale their Technology function as they approach their Series A funding and start accelerating revenue and team growth.The RoleThe CTO is accountable for all technical aspects and technological resources within the Company. They establish the technological vision for the companys products, solutions and services and lead the Technology function in delivering this vision.While technically proficient, the CTO must also be a "people-person" - able to work effectively with their peers and colleagues and astute in the leadership and growth of their own team.The CTO should be able to identify competitive advantages and technological trends for the benefit of the company and its customers. A working familiarity with regulatory, information security and intellectual property issues is also important given theindustry we operate in and the customers we serve.The CTO should be an effective communicator able to convey complicated technical goals to non-technical people and make them enthusiastic about the possibilities technology can offer.They currently have a single development squad and would like to have at least three by this time next year. They are looking for someone excited by the challenge of scaling a Technology team to help propel our business and product forwards toreap the opportunities they see ahead.Key Responsibilities
