As a Senior Executive, you will be responsible for the effectiveoversight of the group risks and with your skills, experience and leadership, youll work with the Board of Directors enabling the business to develop and execute a strategy that is aligned to stakeholders expectations on risk and return.You will be responsible for:-- identifying all existent and potential threats and risks for each business line.- Monitoring and reviewing all tools, methodologies, policies, procedures developed but the local brokers risk management officers.- Lead due diligence and risk assurance on behalf of the Group during business deals.- Lead on finance and non-finance risk trends, changes in different jurisdictions in order to perform timely impact assessment and pro-actively suggest necessary mitigation strategies-Influence culture of risk awareness across the organisationAs CRO of a growing global Fintech, we need someone who has...- Extensive knowledge of the financial markets, asset classes, traditional and digital trading environment and infastructure, blockchain technology & DeFi- Technical expertise in market, liquidity, regulatory, operational and other risk areas.- Extensive experience in risk management/trading roles is a fast paced international broker, bank, hedge fund or financial institution is required.- Previous trading background is highly advantageousIf you believe you have the skills required and youre looking for a new and exciting opportunity, please send your CV across ASAP as interviews are already scheduled.
