Job Description

Chief Financial Officer NASDAQ/NYSE £750,000 plus £250,000 bonus

  • Our international Real Estate client seeks an experienced CFO to lead and develop their finance function based in London.
  • Of prime importance and not negotiable is that the candidate has a proven track record as CFO of a NASDAQ or NYSE quoted company
  • My client does not need torepeat the duties of a CFO here, as they will be understood, but of key importance is experience in Capital Markets, Bond issues and the delivery of funding to aid this international group in its expansion.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a CFO in a NASDAQ/NYSE quoted company
  • Qualified accountant with relevant professional certifications
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to think strategically and drive financial performance
Salary & Benefits:
  • Annual salary of £750,000
  • Additional bonus of £250,000
