Chief Financial Officer Expanding specialist private equity firm £160000 - 200,000 (daily rate will be considered) + bonus + benefits (possible carried interest). This role can be offered on either an interim or permanent basis Surrey THE COMPANYAssetbacked Private Equity firm have an exciting and varied role within a small team. The funds are managed with high ESG standards and aim to achieve a positive social impact. The role will include all aspects of oversight of the finance function, advising onappropriate deal structuring and execution. The company will look at different levels of experience including those looking for their first CFO role to experienced CFOs with the proviso that in all cases the candidate has had experience of transactions gainedwithin the Private Equity/Venture Capital industry. This role can be offered on either an interim or permanent basis. (Possible carry) SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREDTo be considered for the role, you should meet the following criteria: Qualified accountantwith at least 7years PQE Previous experience at C-Suite level in a Private Equity or Venture Capital or Real Estate Private Equity environment (or looking to make the first move to CFO) Extensive transactional experience Experience with Vendor Assistance /Due Diligence Proven track record of successful transaction experience Strong controls mind-set with a focus on operations Project management skills Good people management skills Good communication skills within the company and externally to investors andother stakeholders/partners. THE ROLE The role is to act as Chief Financial Officer / Chief Operating Officer of the Group, reporting to the Managing Partner on the financial, compliance and operational affairs of the Group and to undertake the various rolesassociated with such a position, including the following: Finance, Tax and Company Secretarial Deal Structuring and execution New Fund launches Reporting Compliance Operations and HR Lead the finance team Interested candidates should be able to commute tothe head office in Surrey where they will be working 1-2 days per week or more.
